Plan Your Visit

What To Expect

Stepping into an unfamiliar church for the first time can be a little intimidating and maybe even a bit overwhelming.  When you visit Souls Harbor, you can expect to feel welcomed and accepted.

Like most people, you probably have some questions about what your experience at Souls Harbor will be like so we have tried to answer some of them for you.

Every service at Souls Harbor is specifically designed to provide you with an encouraging worship experience. Each service includes a time of worshiping the Lord through exciting, biblical songs and a practical Bible message by Pastor Hoover. Each service is approximately one hour in length.

Here at Souls Harbor, we love families! Starting with excellent nurseries, there is something special for every child. During every service there are safe, clean, and highly staffed nurseries for children three years old and under. Children four years old through sixth grade experience fun, friendly, and Bible-centered classes.

These classes are staffed with trained, friendly, and well-qualified teachers and helpers who will make church exciting and memorable for your child. Our greeters and ushers are located in the lobby of the Sanctuary as well as the parking lot entrance and will gladly help direct and even escort you to the right classrooms.

There is not a dress code at Souls Harbor for members or guests. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in traditional “Sunday” dress; however, we want you to feel welcome and comfortable during your visit however you choose to dress!

No. We don’t invite you to Souls Harbor for you to give to us. Instead, our hope is that the service will be our gift to you. We hope you will find in this place a warm family spirit, truth from God’s Word, and a place where you can grow in God’s grace. Please don’t feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.

If there’s something we missed on this list, just give us a call, or ask someone when you arrive. Whether you’re new to the area and looking for a church home, or if it’s been a long time since you’ve attended church at all, we hope your first visit at Souls Harbor will be great!

We hope you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment you walk in. Let us know how we can serve you better, and we hope to meet you this Sunday!

The genuine love of Christ flows from everyone here! I’ve only been here a few months, but this is family and where I call home. I don’t want to compare churches, but this is definitely a Spirit filled and led church!

Neighbor took us here as a guest and we loved the pastor and his family. They even have a daycare for the kids if they get out of hand, and the sermon was very inspiring and heart filled.
